AEB machine park is getting bigger!

Business growth as our main target, A&B‘s machine park is being constantly updated: in order to stay competitive in an increasingly demanding market, A&B keeps investing and updating its park.

Our goal? Meet customer’s requests the best we can.

Besides multi-spindle lathe machines – A&B’s workhorses, in this past year we have been adding single-spindle lathe machines to our park.

The new entry is the Star SW-20 CNC sliding head lathe which enables the use of 2 tool posts for overlapped machining on the front side, e.g. simultaneous rough machining /finishing, milling or cross drilling.

In addition, the SW-20 uses the latest FANUC high speed 31i-B5 control system.

This type of machines is used for customers who need an all-around service allowing us to offer them:

• sampling service
• smaller productions
• more complex products
• test new materials
