OEE and A&B’s road to efficiency

A&B keeps track of efficiency thanks to the OEE score. In the past it was only about machine productivity, today it’s about providing real-time insights on production considering a vast array of factors such as cycle time, faults, setup and tooling, reduction of speed and micro-stops, rework and yield losses at startup, as well as estimated machine cycle time with real average cycle time, produced quantity and scrap rates.
