KP.HMA Protect DecorWe are glad to announce the upgrade of our washing system and the acquisition of another component of the KP.HMA, the third vacuum washing machine in our factory!

WASHING PROCESS

The standard procedure with modified alcohol is facilitated by the automated loading of the perforated boxes and the reading of the washing cycle, based on the control plan.
For the most critical components, we have personalized programs based on the ultrasound technique.
In case of components produced with oxidizing materials, a particular protection product can be used on the surface.
Nowadays, with this cleaning method we can guarantee less than 300 micron of superficial metallic particles and a 42mn/m of de-grease level.
